Before and After School Care

Before School K-5

Starting in 2024-2025, Kids in Action has 3 locations for our Before and After School Program:

  1. East School: Students in Pre-K through 5th grade that attend East School.

  2. Foster School: Students Preschool through 5th grade that attend Foster School.

  3. South School:

    K-5 students that attend South and PRS.

*All KIA Programs are currently full. Any enrollment forms received will be added to our waitlist in the order we receive them.

After School K-5

KIA now offers After School Programs at all four elementary schools in Hingham.

Pre-K Extended Day Program

Hours

2:00 – 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday

Location

  • East Elementary, 2 Collins Road – for those registered in KIA Traditional Pre-K

  • Foster Elementary, 55 Downer Ave – those enrolled in Spanish Immersion Pre-K Pilot Program.

The Pre-K Extended Day Program at Foster will not be run as a Spanish Immersion Program, it will be a traditional out-of-school time program.

Eligibility

Children enrolled in KIA’s Traditional Pre-K or KIA Spanish Immersion Pre-K.

If available, spots will be opened to HPS Integrated Pre-School.

Must be 4 years old by August 31, 2023
