Kindergarten Registration Packets Now Available for Download ⬇️

*Children must be 5 years old by August 31, 2025 to register.

Step 1: Complete the Registration Packet

1. Download the Packet: [Packet Link]

2. Fill out the forms using Adobe’s fillable feature (only available if the packet is downloaded to your device), or print and complete them by hand.

Step 2: Gather Required Documents

Prepare scanned copies of the following:

• Original Birth Certificate

• Current Immunizations and Physical

• Proof of Residency (one of the following):

  • Recent Mortgage Statement

  • Property Tax Bill

  • Utility Bill

  • Mortgage Closing Documents

  • Signed Lease/Rental Agreement

  • Section 8 Agreement

  • Tenant at Will Document

Step 3: Set Up Your FACTS Account (Full-Day Kindergarten Only)

1. Visit hinghamschools.org/FACTS to create your payment account.

2. Add your credit card or bank account information and select a payment plan: monthly or full payment.

3. Key Dates:

   • February 24, 2025: A $295 registration fee will be charged (credited toward tuition).

   • August 1, 2025: Full tuition is due if paying in full.

   • August 20, 2025: First monthly tuition payment deducted (if on the monthly plan).

Note: Registration is incomplete until the FACTS account is created

Submission Options

• Email: Send the completed packet and scanned documents to your school’s administrative assistant.

• In Person: Pick up a packet at your school, bring the required documents, and office staff will assist you with copies and form completion.

Deadlines

The deadline for registration is February 14, 2025. Late fees apply for registrations received after March 1, 2025.
