Friday 8:00am-12:00pm

The following must be submitted in order for the work permit to be created:

• Work Permit Application

• Copy of your birth certificate, passport, or driver’s license

You can submit your application through This Form

Please allow 24-48 hours for the paperwork to be processed. 

HHS Students: You can visit the Counseling Department during any school day to obtain your permit. Please also have this Work Permit Questionnaire filled out along with your Application.

Any missing documentation will result in a delay in issuing the working permit.
