KIA 3rd,4th & 5th

Kids in Action’s 3rd, 4th and 5th grade program is currently located at Foster Elementary School. Children at this program are learning to communicate, cooperate and problem solve with their peers. Social and emotional learning through acceptance and equity are emphasized at KIA. Creativity, imagination, teamwork and STEM are developed through age appropriate choice activities. Homework is a vital part of the 3rd, 4th & 5th grade program. Quiet, schedules homework time is offered and children may choose to do homework at anytime throughout the afternoon. We encourage parents and children to work together to develop a plan to assist children in making good “time management” choices while attending the program.
