In addition, the School Committee has set aside fifteen minutes on this Agenda to enable members of the audience to raise questions and make comments on any matter of general concern that is not on the agenda. 7.1 To consider approval of a proposed new policy 7.1.1 related to video surveillance, as recommended by the Policy Subcommittee and school administration.

8.1 To act on Memorandum of Agreement for HEA, Unit A.

8.2 To hear a program review on Special Education.

8.3 To hear the annual report of the Special Education Parent Advisory Council.

8.4 To consider making a formal request to the Board of Selectmen and the Advisory Committee to self-restrict a portion of the General Fund Balance for the purpose of funding “unanticipated, unbudgeted and/or extraordinary costs of special education out-of-district tuitions and/or transportation” through the reserve fund established by Article 31 of the 2014 Annual Town Meeting.
